Why we are:Maya Foundation works for underprivileged people of the society through whole year and for that reason we discuss among ourselves for better service.

Project details:The Health Camp programme started at 10.00 am. The health camp includes Blood Group test, Blood Pressure & Weight Check-up and Doctor Consultation. 75 heads were undergone health check-up. Tea and food packets were distributed amongst the 02 Doctors and the Members of the Medical Team.
Why we are: Maya Foundation has always put full effort in developing socio bonding in the underprivileged sectors. In this event most of the beneficiaries were from the minority and the labour class background.

Details: Our health camp started at 10 am. ECG, Blood Group check up, Blood sugar test, Eye test, BP test, Weight measurement etc. were done at the camp. All the members of Maya Foundation attended this camp. At first Patients came at the reception, entry his/her name and went for check-up. 200 patients came there for their checkup. Our camp completed at around 2pm. The food packets were distributed among our members when the camp was over.
Who We Are: The success of this programme will definitely help the organization to continue other social activities in near future. Through this Health Camp, MAYA FOUNDATION enhanced the Social bonding.

Details: Our guardian meeting started at around 1 pm. Almost 50 guardians came at themeeting from Sanskrit Collegiate School. There was a conversation about midday meal.At first Pamela di gave her speech. She wanted to know about the servicing and the quality of midday meal from each of the guardian. Guardians gave also their suggestions how to improve the quality of meal items. They can reported about meals in written to their school headmaster. Then the fruit juice are distributed among the guardians . After this meeting ,another meeting was held with the head master and head mistress of every school. All gave their point of view about midday meal and then leaflets and books of midday meal were distributed to them. Then fruit juice was given to them. Whole programme completed at 4pm.
Why we are:Maya Foundation believes in hygenic food service to the student for better health and build up a good healthy society through mid day meal. We determine to do this sort of job which helps the people of society.

Details: Students of Ultadanga Nabadisha Centre gathered infront of Ultadanga Police Station at 07.00 am and was carried to the venue by the bus provided by Kolkata Police. Students of Phoolbagan Nabadisha Centre gathered infront of the Phoolbagan Police Station and they were taken by bus and the teachers of respective schools also joined in the rally. The staff members of midday meal gathered at around 7.30am. at Victoria. Rally started at 8am. All the students and members of IMA took the placards, banners in the rally and this rally ended at Rabindra sadan. Food packets were given to the Nabadisha students and they were lifted by bus with their teachers to their respective homes. The women of midday meal were checked up their health by the IMA members. After that they went to auditorium where our guests delivered few comments about health and diseases.At last women returned back to their homes completing the programme. Our programme completed at around 2pm.
Why we are: To spread social awareness and reformation MAYA FOUNDATION always step forward and through this rally we can give message to unprivileged and lower caste people about their health and how to maintain it.

Programme Details :Two vehicles were arranged to pick up the students from Ultadanga and Phoolbagan and all the students were dropped at Shyambazar around 8am.The rally started at 9am. The rally was going via Hatibagan, Bidhan Sarani, Bidon Street, Central Avenue, Bagbazar Street and back again to Shyambazar.All the coordinators took responsibility to maintain the rally.The fruit juice was given to all the children.The children were dropped to their proper place after completing the rally.

Project Details: The health camp started at 1pm. 51 names were enrolled at the reception for B.P. and weight checkup. 17 people had ECG checkup, and 45 people had Blood Sugar and Blood Group test. The total camp finished at 3pm.

All the members of Maya Foundation attended this camp. At first Patients came at the reception, entry his/her name and went for check-up.Total 48 patients came there for their checkup. Our camp completed at around 2pm. The food packets were distributed among our members when the camp was over. Blankets were distributed to the poor from other organization in this camp. LION'S club distributed free spectacles also.

Project details:A team of 40 peoples, which includes the staffs of Maya Foundation and the members of the medical team, travelled (via train) from Kolkata to Behrampore–Murshidabad to open a branch office at Murshidabad and organize a blood donation camp and a health camp. The blood donation and the health check-up camp started at 10.00 am. The health check-up camp includes, blood group tests, blood sugar tests, haemoglobin tests, blood pressure check-up, ECG, eye check-up and weight check-up. Areception table was there to attend and registered the name of the general people for the camp. Doctors' consultation facility was also there for every person. More than 100 general people were registered. Around 30 people donated blood, out of which 40% were female blood donors. Almost every blood donors, beneficiaries and Maya Foundation office staffs were served with cooked food.
Why we are:Maya Foundation projected this programme to open up a branch office at Behrampore and expand their geographical reach and activities in the rural districts of West Bengal. The success of this programme will definitely help the organization to continue other social activities in near future. This was the first time, Maya Foundation opened up branch office in Murshidabad district.

Details:Two buses were hired for the students of Ultadanga and Phoolbagan. Around 9a.m. the students were lifted from their respective schools and they reached at the spot at 10 a.m The programme inaugurated at 12.30 pm. At first 'Sit and Draw competition' for the children and then the magic show and after the show the lunch was arranged for the children. After the lunch singing and dancing competition were organized for the children.At last the prizes were given to the winners. The programme completed around at 5 pm.
Why we are:We are always with the children's social integration education and culture .There are no casteism amongst these underprivileged students, giving a message of socio integration and equality in sex, religion and wealth
